0870 provides a national call rate for participants to dial into the meeting. The number can be used for UK and International incoming calls

0800 provides free call access for meeting participants

0845 provides a local call rate for meeting participants

Participants can join via their landline, mobile or speaker phone. On Demand provides instant access to your virtual meeting room, enabling you schedule a conference at any time without advanced notice. Our Managed services offers a full suite of facilities such as meet and greet, operator assistance, translation, transcription and ability to record and play back. Combining both services with Web Conferencing provides access to presentations, application sharing and Q&A sessions.

Registration to the service is FREE, with no contract and billed monthly.

Keep your existing BT ISDN lines and numbers but route your calls over the WWISDN Network. Depending on your current call volumes SGT's call rates can possibly be improved upon.

Multi-Point:
SGT Multi-Point enables you to enjoy fully managed multi-point calls globally by utilising your existing equipment without the hassle and expense of deploying your own bridge or employing the necessary expertise in house….

By combining our highly competitive tariffs with a unique price structure we enable you to easily manage costs. You simply need to know the location of each participant and the speed of connection they will be using. Our rates include all port charges and normal meeting options.

Meetings are charged on a per minute basis using the agreed SGT call rate for each destination.

The conference includes at no additional charges for

Continuous Presence enabling sites to appear on a single    screen.
Mixed data rates for systems connected within the same    conference.

Prior to the conference all sites are called to ensure compatibility of equipment and to optimise connection. This information is maintained to allow minimum set up times for future conferences. There is no charge for registering sites.

To book your conference simply telephone or email with the time, date and locations required. The operator will handle the arrangements and confirm your booking. Cancellation of a conference is free, providing it is received prior to any of the calls being made in readiness for the meeting.

The cost for your multipoint conference can be calculated using the table below. Add the charge for each location taking into account the speed of connection this will provide you the total cost for a 1-hour conference.
